Business Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to undertake a variety of day-to-day business and administrative tasks. The individual will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run efficiently while successfully supporting all business processes. Successful candidates will be well organized, excellent communicators, capable of effectively managing complex schedules and tasks, and able to anticipate the needs of the team and will be proactive in the execution of those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team with expense reporting and process reimbursements
  • Generate and maintain all invoicing procedures
  • Take on all responsibilities within our time tracking system
  • Create and maintain a variety of documents, including weekly digest, FDA guidance schedule, and project summary spreadsheets
  • Manage office supplies
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (business related preferred)
  • Experience with QuickBooks online preferred
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) preferred
  • Experience with organizing and analyzing business data
  • Interest in business, getting to know how operations/finance works for a mid-size company
