Dr. Dukes has more than 40 years of progressive leadership experience in academic and industrial Clinical Pharmacology with a focus on early clinical development of NCE’s. Dr. Dukes has extensive expertise in collaborative drug research between academia and the drug industry. His focus is on phase 1 and 2 clinical development strategy, innovative protocol design and planning, regulatory body interactions, interpretation of clinical and nonclinical experimental medicine data interpretation. Dr. Dukes’ therapeutic area experience includes Gastroenterology, Intensive Care Medicine, Biliary Disorders, Pancreatitis, and Hepatology. Dr. Dukes has worked on 2 NDAs, 15+ INDs, and published 70+ scientific reports of research results.
