Dr. Bartlette holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Colorado School of Mines, where her research focused on developing a mathematical model-based approach for assessing the metabolic health of adolescents with obesity. She has experience in adapting models of glucose and insulin dynamics for application in youth, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PKPD) modeling and in several model parameter optimization techniques. Dr. Bartlette’s interests include model uncertainty quantification and developing mathematical models of physiological systems and drug interactions.
