Keagan Collins, Ph.D.

Quantitative Systems Pharmacologist I

Dr. Collins holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Colorado State University. Dr. Collins has experience in implementing in vitro­ and in vivo pharmacokinetics and cytotoxicity studies, developing physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models for small molecules, and designing nonlinear mixed-effects models for disease progression.  Dr. Collins has a strong interest in developing mechanistic models to predict drug exposure, evaluate targets, and inform modality selection.
